Five Steps to Recognize Egoic Reality and Claim the Joy of Soul Consciousness!

By Sri Ram Kaa and Kira Raa

When the energy of
our beloved planet gains strength and expression, our beloved bodies often are
the first to notice.  2011 is
proving to be a powerful year that is calling all who are ready to Divine
Service in Action!

Therefore it is
only natural that ALL of the bodies are reacting.  This includes your physical, spiritual
and of course, the emotional body.  Have mercy on yourself as you adjust to the powerful shift that is
already upon us all.  And, as you
gift yourself with loving compassion it is the moment to fully embrace and
ascended that beloved sly pirate:  the Ego!  (This beautiful sly priate of the ego is explained in depth by Archangel Zadkiel in the book Sacred Union: The Journey Home.)

This universal
aspect of consciousness has grown without boundary over the millennia creating
cultures and societies that are defined by their me-focus.  Deep within the wellspring of most
earth-bound experiences, the “ego-trap” is often discovered.  (This
is the first “level” on the pyramid of spiritual awakening, Density
Consciousness, as shown here.)

It is here that for
many they begin their journey.  In
the recognition of growing beyond a “me” focus, the greater mysteries are
sought out and explored.  Many
spiritual traditions offer practices to assist the explorer to dismantle the
ego’s grip.

Once this journey
begins, the first a-ha moment arises:

The ability to witness the difference
between

Egoic Reality and Soul Consciousness.

The ego reality is
born of words and their usage.  Words
are easily, and often, manipulated…words are championed by the ego to support
its agenda.  One of the most
challenging aspects of the ego reality is the development of the spiritualized
ego.  While this is a challenging
moment in the evolution of the soul in form, it is also a necessary
moment.  Each being will walk
through their spiritualized ego on the way to full Ascension Awareness, OR they
will empower their ego reality through the spiritualized ego thereby creating a
sense of grandiosity or “spiritual specialness.”   (This
expression is found within the second level of the pyramid of spiritual
awakening…Spiritual Activism.)

Grandiosity, or
“spiritual specialness,” is very difficult to unravel once it is in place.  This aspect of the spiritualized ego
finds plenty of fuel to keep it active through fourth dimensional attachments
that feed the ego directly.  It is a
virtual feast for disincarnate beings and trapped energies that are planet
bound and often the information received by the one who has entered this field
has a shred of “truth” within its context.  This intentional (and only initial) display of validation seeks to
further entrap the one who has virtually surrendered their power to their ego.

One of the gifts of
this experience, is that more times than not it is the
journey of one who is truly a great being of light and love!  The challenge is for them to walk
through this illusion and to discover from within the grip that is holding the
ego in a last dance of power.  As
humans, it seems that we usually require some form of a ‘fall’ to find true
surrender and authentic communion.  And, for the one who is full egoic entrapment
through the spiritualized ego, often then will flirt with this fall several
times prior to the “final fall” that brings forward the re-birth and freedom
from all illusion!

Since these
energies are smart, sly and often misunderstood, you might ask yourself, how
can I know?

The Archangelic
realm offers us five “symptoms” that signal that the spiritualized ego is in
control.  So take in a deep breath,
relax, have mercy on yourself and read on:

1.  Denial of Personal Emotional Wounding:

Refusing to
acknowledge projected emotional energy. Denial can express as a gravitation toward lofty ideals, or organizing focus on
sources outside of Self.  We must do
“X” because ‘they’ are doing “Y.”  Often times this expresses in the “sense of greater good.”  Or, for example, one
religion feeling superior to another

2.  Denial of Personal Responsibility:

Reality is
co-created: when we are not getting what we want, an empowered action
would be to look inward in order to recognize how our own unmet emotional needs
are driving our perceptions and judgments.  To the one who is in the grip of spiritualized ego the cause of pain is
most all-ways from “others.”  Someone or something external to the Self is misbehaving!

3.  Need to Manipulate Opinion or Distort
Facts:

This is the
willingness to share incomplete information or to take information out of
context in order to support a personal agenda. Feeling ‘right’ in doing
so.  Seeking allies by focusing
others to base their actions on “headlines” versus a thoughtful
examination.  (For example: the mainstream news media focuses on ‘headline’ tidbits
that support a certain point of view versus a sincere effort to explore and
understand differences in opinion.)

4.  Preoccupation with Right/Wrong:

The ego loves to
blame…the sly pirate will do this very subtly, by pointing to principles of
right or wrong to justify projected energy.  The soul does not judge, it allows space
for all creation to evolve.  Harmony
between peoples occurs naturally when the agendas are relaxed and the organic
process of finding balance occurs.  The spiritualized ego feels a need to control and justifies itself
through charisma or seeming to be aligned with a higher principle.

5.  Grandiosity and Pontification:

Preaching –
offering unsolicited advice, calling for attention from others, sense of
carrying the ‘final word’ on matters, relying on a ‘higher authority’ and
denying the validity of other perspectives.  Grandiosity is a natural expression of a
spiritualized ego that resides in the 6th or 7th chakras.  Often accompanied by a
sense of ‘my information is inspired’ (thus
reinforcing spiritual specialness).

The spiritualized ego needs to feel special or claim a
unique empowerment.  Sincere
spiritual surrender (prayer, meditation, fasting, etc.) often results in
inspiration or mystical communion.  How that inspiration is lived, understood and communicated can be
interfered with by the ego.  The ego
believes it must control, provide safety and be acknowledged.  How it usurps the authentic soul expression
is based upon the individual’s unfinished emotional healing.

The journey of wholeness is a universal human path that
begins through our efforts to resolve the energies of separation and fear. To be healthy, all humans are faced with
the need to love themselves and evolve; that is a universal part of the human
condition.

The need for wholeness and safety underpins most of our life
activities.  At some point this
evolutionary urge lifts beyond the physical and emotional worlds and becomes a
discerned as a longing for re-union.   This awakens the authentic path of Self-Ascension and the recognition
that safety is a density concept.

To embrace a Soul-Conscious life opens us to a wrestling
match with the ego.  The ego is
truly child-like and is disconnected from any rules of fair play!  To let the soul lead in our lives means
that we get to confront the distractions that are championed by the ego.  All sense of doubt, all pain, fear and
belief in lack is the arena of the ego.

This very human condition is so common that we simply accept
it unquestioningly.  In fact, the
soul’s energy is Joy.  Love, deep
peace and the sweet recognition that all is well, is the foundation of ascended
Love.  It does take tenacity to
champion the emergence of the soul into our co-created reality.

We invite you to read or re-read Sacred Union: The Journey Home.  Today, more than ever, this powerful book
delivered by the Archangelic realm assists us to move through the veil of
illusion with love, patience and the gift of self-revelation.

It is our sincere prayer that the continued delivery of the
Archangelic discourses, articles and workshops offered as part of Self-Ascension will support your Joy and divine re-union.  It is a glorious moment on the planet,
and the strength of your Soul-Consciousness is the greatest guide along the
way!

  1. The ego truly is a very tricky fellow and it appears that the more one tries to recognize the ego at play…….the more it is able to trick the mind. So how does one follow the heart consciously and not follow the ego unaware? Or is it ALL a process?

  2. I just recieved my first weekly email from you this morning and have clicked the links in it and found and downloaded the Live program that accompanies this article in the radio part – and have been listening it is such a blessing to hear this morning

Thank You I Love You Thank You

  3. Thank you so so much for this reminder of the stages of self ascension. For me life is a series of these pyramids, ever ascending as I go, allowing me to peel more and more ego away. It’s funny how when I reach an ah-ha moment that informs and transforms my life, new “pyramids” present themselves on my journey of learning all about my soul’s mission and raison d’etre, and in learning how to love myself unconditionally with full consciousness. I am so happy to be on this journey now with so much support “out there” from such loving people as Sri and Kira. Practice, practice, practice is not only the way to Carnegie Hall, it’s the way to IS-ness and One-ness.

  4. I am so grateful for being on the earth at the same time as you. I do tri a saa meditation daily. I fold unlimited energy in my heart. I can go to any dimension I desire. I am happy all the time. THANK YOU, I LOVE YOU.

  5. Sri and Kira encourage us to go back and re-read Sacred Union: The Journey Home. Also to revisit the 5 Steps to Recognizing Egoic Reality etc. The reality is that I am continuously grateful for these guidances, much of which are big aha… moments for me. Looking at, feeling and knowing how beautiful our souls are and having the tenacity to champion our way out of the “arena of the ego” rewards us with our truest nature, ascended love, joy, peace, bliss. In this moment I am honoring all and am so grateful for these divine teachings!
