Here are the instructions for this practice for personal use. You may create your own Sacred Container or focus upon the World Container at TOSA Blue Mountain, Ecuador as shown here. 
Begin by calling in a deep centering breath to the heart. Raise the right hand high above the head with the palm facing you.
Call forward the energy you are wishing to release. This may be stored hurt or anger. You may wish to release lack of clarity or any other condition of past or present experience.
Once you call this energy forth, acknowledge it by declaring out loud with presence… “I Love You”. This is an imperative and power-full step.
Acknowledging with love circumvents polarizing judgments and invites the pattern to quickly dissipate.
Sweep the right hand down in front of all the traditional chakras, (from Crown to Root), and at the base chakra extend the hand outward and say: “To the container.” Shake your hand vigorously as you feel the energy releasing.
If you are not in the physical presence of the container, visualize yourself releasing this energy into a container you are connected with (for example, to the TOSA Mother container pictured).
Repeat this process as many times as needed to clear. There is no time limit. You can clear any-time you feel the need to discharge energy. Simply stop what you are doing, call forward a deep Avesa breath, raise your right hand, acknowledge the energy by saying, “I love you”, and send it to the container!
Simple! Effective! Clearing!
It is important to use the right hand as it is the hand that releases energy. The left hand is all-ways held with palm open. This simple gesture floods your field with Divine Love. To BE in Divine connection as you release all that is less than mastery presence with the right hand. AND! It is best to stand when you are able.
