You said to spin the Merkaba. Is the spin clockwise or counter-clockwise?

After sensing the Merkabah, allow it to spin in either direction. There is a natural tendency for the Merkabah to rotate one way or the other. And, sometimes the top pyramid spins in the opposite direction of the bottom pyramid. Be open to witnessing how it wants to spin; it may change from moment to moment.

Is the face Merkaba, the only one? I thought there was a Merkaba that surrounds the entire physical form/ body. Thank you. These videos are very helpful.
Namaste! Yes, there is another, but that practice is fruitless without first lifting your vibration into the ascended state. This practice will help! The Merkabah of the face practice will open/stabilize your gateway to the ascended chakra system. And it is a very useful practice to anchor outside of density.
