- Relax into comfort as you call forward a deep cleansing breath.
- Through the exhale, connect to your physical form with conscious gratitude.
- Listen to what your form is sharing for you to hear.
- Beyond the field of judgement, acknowledge this voice.
- Smile and release your attachment to form.
- Ask the universe to cradle and love your experience of density.
- With the gift of inhaling another breath, repeat steps 2-6 with the sacred intention to assist the “mental chatter” of the brain to relax and trust YOU.
You may repeat steps 2-6 as often as you feel needed. When you are complete, seal the session as you open your eyes and gaze directly at one of the following:
