The brightest light shines from within thee.There is not the external light to cling to or seek to find.
Within thy true nature…indeed your authentic nature..all is light.
This light is a crystalline gift that functions as your atmosphere within, without and around.
The illusion of all other experience is a gift of your crystalline nature that fills you with resonant harmonies.
Each harmony is created through the interaction of your internal crystalline light atmosphere interacting through your body of density and co-creating in a world of infinite possibility.
To claim back this light and co-create with it is to allow the richness of the experience of hu-man to in-lighten you.
Sit quietly and breathe gently.
Allow our breath to become softer and softer as if a mere whisper.
Then bring your breath first to your heart center and ignite your inner light atmosphere!
Feeling the radiant light atmosphere of your heart, gently lift that energy with your gentle breath to your throat.
Ignite your greatest truth through your crystalline atmosphere and illuminate your throat.
Breathing gently and lifting up evermore command the light of your crystalline atmosphere to ignite your area of the third eye in conjunction with the area of your star consciousness.
Then, with a smile of breath feel the freedom of being as you effortlessly open your crown and the crystalline atmosphere within is given the gift of divine communion with the crystalline nature of your true being!
