The Living Ankh
This powerful practice ignites the Ascended Ankh energy of eternal life as it calls forward the restorative energy of your limitless soul presence. A simple and effective process that opens channels of wisdom assisting you to clear your energy field while simultaneously uplifting you.
Planetary energy in harmony with the universal forces of divine crystalline presence are inviting YOU to step UP and into your Ascended presence. The physical body needs reassurance from YOU, that it is safe to take this journey.
This practice offers complete balance in literally a minute or less! Begin by standing with your feet at shoulder width. Inhale a deep breath and as you exhale relax your arms by your side. Notice the energy surrounding your feet as they touch the ground.
Be present to your divine nature as you invite crystalline white light to ignite under the left foot and golden light to ignite at the right. With conscious awareness, SLOWLY pull the energies of both rays UP through your legs to the base of the spine. Inhale and exhale as you experience this energy.
Focusing upon the two energies at the base of the spine, breathe and invite the two energies to begin to spiral UP through all the chakras and exit out the crown, (top of head), as they flow out around you forming the energy of the Torus field. Relax and sense your-self suspended in the center of this field of divine harmony.
Open your arms wide and push open your palms to ignite the chakras contained in your hands. (Modeled in sketch)
Allow your head to naturally drift upward, as if gazing at heaven, and notice a ray of emerald light at your heart center greeting the white and gold spiraling energy.
Breathe again and relax into this unified energy as it radiates through your arms and out your palm chakras fully illuminating your divine mastery presence.
BREATHE and experience yourself as the Living Ankh of Eternal Life and relax into the expansion as you reclaim your Peace Love and Joy.
